Children have the opportunity to take part in a variety of extra curricular activities during lunchtime and after school. These include:-

Football Training
Gardening
Ball Skills
Violin Lessons
Children at Barlaston First School are involved in a daily act of collective worship. This activity offers the children the opportunity to explore and share beliefs. The children also participate in ‘achievement’ assemblies which present an opportunity for children to celebrate their personal success and to receive recognition for their achievements in and out of school.
Seasonal Christmas productions, Harvest Festivals, Easter Services and the Leaver’s Service all provide opportunities for the pupils to share their achievements with parents and friends.
